This is Lady Xerath Runeborn, the female version of Xerath, the magus ascendant, from League of Legends. I used the Runeborn skin, since it's my favourite skinstyle in LoL. The mixture of green vines, light colored stones and this strident blue is pure awesomness!
At first I disliked the cosplay very much. It's hard to capture a magical creature, which don't even has a body, and transform it into a human being without taking too much away from it. But after the RPC I have to say: I LOVE THIS COSPLAY! It's one of my sturdiest cosplays ever (nothing is damaged, even though many people bumped into me!) and it's very comfortable to wear. Additionally I got very good feedback and it's super fun to stand on your toes like a ballerina for every shot.
